Failout or Bailout?

Well, it looks like Nancy Pelosi failed to secure enough "promises" from Democrats for yea votes today, as Congress smacked down the Bailout proposal. Infact, about 100 Dems jumped shipped and left Pelosi wondering WTF just happened. The final vote 205-228.
